Food and drink
The Highlands of Scotland are internationally renowned for quality produce whose wealth and diversity is celebrated in our Highland Feast each autumn. Our salmon, venison, game and seafood are welcomed throughout the world, along with our whisky which you can see being made in a selection of nearby distilleries. It doesn't stop there as we also have a good range of traditional Highland cheeses, locally brewed beers and even a local wine or two.
For more information contact our local Tourist Information Centre.
Inverness can provide you with a range of eating experiences – some traditional, some international but all offering the highest quality in food, drink and service. From a snack to a castle banquet, it’s all available in Inverness.
